Do you Feel…
always stressed and beyond burnt out?
stuck or overwhelmed trying to make changes?
like your most important relationships need repair?
like there is never time for you?
something deeper is missing in your motherhood or life?
I see you (and I have felt those things, too)!
I’m Sarah. Welcome to my sliver of the internet!
I am a:
Mother
Certified Life and Health Coach,
PA (Physician Associate / Physician Assistant),
IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), and
Peer group facilitator / supporter
who has combined my passions and experience in functional health, parent support, self-growth, and personal finance to offer you a truly holistic, whole-person coaching approach. I want you to shift from feeling overwhelmed with motherhood to owning your motherhood era. I believe that by helping parents with this work, I am also making an impact on their families and communities (which is important to me!).
I feel proud and honored to have obtained foundational and mastery level certifications from Health Coach Institute, a leader in the coaching industry. I have also completed trainings in Positive Intelligence, motivational interviewing, functional and integrative medicine, and peer support. I have been supporting others for over 10 years in various capacities.
My coaching approach is a fusion of habit change and transformational coaching, while honoring the brain-body connection (nervous system / somatic / poly-vagal work), root causes, and neurodivergence. What does this mean? I am combining a lot of areas that typically stay separated. I also understand the realities of modern-day parenting and I meet you wherever you are with techniques that are practical, yet powerful, so you can actually begin to experience your favorite, richest life.
This is not an exhaustive list, but here are some examples to give you an idea of what my individual and group coaching can offer you:
Reduce your stress, so you can feel at peace (yell less, reduce resentment, and increase connection) in your most important relationships.
Shift from survival mode to thriving mode, so you can do what you actually want to do with your time.
Clear clutter in your life so you can create spaces in your home, calendar, and / or mind that help you refuel, rest, and relax.
Fill your own cup so you have something left at the end of each day and leave a legacy you’re proud of.
Discover that you’re not alone, enabling you to let go of any shame that’s holding you back.
Tune into your brain-body connection, facilitating self-regulation and co-regulation of others.
Master health habits so you have more energy, resilience, and confidence.
Become empowered to make decisions with clarity and confidence.
Be supported during prenatal-, pregnancy- and postnatal-related transitions.
Navigate the first or next steps of career, work re-entry, and entrepreneurship, so you can spend more time in alignment.
Get clear on your personal finances and money mindset so you can move towards financial freedom.
Design an educational experience for your unique children with intention and individualization.
Determine the next steps on your journey, wherever you’re at, eliminating the feeling of being stuck.
10 Things I believe in that my coaching reflects:

Our brains and bodies are connected.
We do the best we can with what we have.
Time and energy are our most precious resources.
Growth mindset: we can learn new things, we can do hard things.
Curiosity is far more useful than judgment.
Small shifts can change our lives.
Health of the parent influences the health of the child.
Growth and learning are not always linear processes.
Money flows as a tool; it is neutral.
