A 1:1 virtual life and health coaching program designed to help mothers go from overwhelmed to owning their motherhood. This program is designed to offer a holistic, whole-person approach. The 12 main sessions are scheduled flexibly and have the option to be spaced according to your cycle. Total program lasts 90-120 days.

The program was designed by and is facilitated by Sarah: a real-life mom who gets it, a Certified Life and Health Coach, and an experienced peer-supporter.

This program’s signature system moves through 4 themes in a spiral fashion. This means we move deeper and deeper through these themes as the program progresses. These steps also overlap within some sessions and are adapted to each client’s unique needs.

    Get crystal clear on your deep “why” for wanting what you want and use that to foster motivation.

    Identify your true priorities so you can allocate time and energy accordingly.

    Reduce your stress so you can feel at peace (and yell less!) in your most important relationships.

    Find a sense of peace as you notice yourself moving towards alignment in your life.

  • Intentionality

    Clear clutter in your life and keep your cup “fuller” so you have a buffer for when you need it.

    Develop the habit of celebrating yourself.

    Begin to set your life up FOR you.

  • Regulation

    Begin to tune into your intuition and brain-body connection, so you can stay regulated and help co-regulate others.

    Tune into your body deeper so you can honor your “yes” and your “no”.

  • Compassion

    Discover you're not alone, enabling you to let go of any shame.

    Become skilled at the art of self-compassion and holding compassion for others.

What’s included:

  • 12 x 1:1 45-60-minute coaching sessions, each introducing new topics and exercises that are practical, efficient, and offer “just the right” nudge.

  • 2 x 30-minute “Spotlight Sessions” when you have something urgent come up or need focused support on a topic.

  • Customized worksheets, handouts, and optional curated resources to help with multiple learning formats.

  • Voxer text and voice support throughout the program.

  • Flexible scheduling, with the option to space sessions in a cyclical fashion.

This program is for you if you:

  • are a mother ready to change how you use your energy and time.

  • are able to financially invest in your self-growth

  • prefer to work or work best in a 100% live format

  • are able to invest about 1 hour per week to coaching calls, with flex time for implementing action steps that you decide (Flex time varies: It might be 5-90 minutes total in a given week or 5-10 minutes per day another week.).

  • are open to trying new things and implementing approachable action steps weekly.

This program is NOT for you if You:

  • would prefer the benefits of small group support (Check out the Uncover Your Calm program!).

  • are not ready to financially invest into your self-growth and self-healing journey.

  • you cannot prioritize the coaching sessions and homework

  • want to determine the topics we cover (these sessions have flexibility, but do follow a specific sequence).

  • your needs at best served by a therapist or medical professional (coaching is a great adjunct to these and a different modality)
