A 6-week virtual life and health coaching program designed to help mothers shift from survival mode into thriving mode, while being supported in a small group with access to additional 1:1 support.
The program was designed by and is facilitated by Sarah: a real-life mom who gets it, a Certified Life and Health Coach, and an experienced peer-supporter.
This program’s signature system moves through 4 themes in a spiral fashion. This means we move deeper and deeper through these themes as the program progresses. These steps also overlap within some sessions and are adapted to each cohort’s unique needs.

What’s included:
6 x pre-recorded workshop sessions, for you to review and work through at your own pace weekly, each introducing new topics and exercises that are practical, efficient, and offer “just the right” nudge.
6 x Live group coaching and support calls, held Thursday evenings at 8pm ET February 8 - March 14. These meetings will address your take-aways or questions about the topic of the week, introduce relevant additional experiential exercises, offer spotlight coaching, and provide group support. Replays will be available.
Curated worksheets, handouts, and optional resources to help with multiple learning formats.
Voxer 1:1 support throughout the program with Sarah
A private Facebook pop-up support group for all current cohort members.
This program is for you if you:
are a mother ready to change how you use your energy and time.
enjoy the benefits of small group support.
are able to invest about 1 hour per week to workshop sessions (on-demand) and about 1 hour per week Thursdays at 8pm ET to most group calls (replays will be available).
are open to trying new things and implementing approachable action steps weekly.
This program is NOT for you if You:
do not have the availability Thursday evenings for most live calls or cannot invest the time to do the weekly workshops.
prefer to work in a 100% live format.
need 1:1 specialized or individualized support (Check out the Reclaim Your Motherhood program!)
are not able or ready to financially invest into your self-growth and self-healing journey.

A NOTE ABOUT THE PROGRAM NAME:
I used to believe that “calm” was the goal with our self-regulation, but I now understand that being connected to ourselves is really the key to self-regulation. Often times finding our calm is part of self-regulation, but that isn’t the whole story. I am choosing to keep the name “Uncover Your Calm” because “calm” is what most clients want to experience and a title that may resonate for their goals. My deeper intention is to help facilitate self-regulation and connection as a path out of survival mode and into thriving mode.
